The files distributed in this Software Development Kit
are covered by multiple  software licenses.   One set of licenses applies
to the binary files in the distribution.  A different license applies
to the source files.

	The bcblob binary file, and any other files that are distributed
only in binary format, are licensed for binary use only under a software
license agreement with Broadcom.  If you purchased a RAIDCore controller
as an end user, the product included a binary use end user license.  If you
are an Original Equipment Manufacturer, reseller, installer, integrator,
or other entity in the business of providing computer hardware products in
the chain of manufacture or distribution to End Users, you must execute
a license agreement with Broadcom for the use and distribution of these
binary files.

	The source files included in this distribution have a different
license agreement and that license in included in the source files.
